What You Need to Know:- Dr. Bittar and Dr. Vallester are now practising at Glenmore Park Mediclinic (02) 4733 0222. If you would like to continue your care with them, please contact the clinic and complete a Consent to Transfer Medical Records. This will need to be emailed to healthicare@wentwest.com.au by Glenmore Park Mediclinic administration staff.
